Physical exercises connect us to our vital energy and strengthen the nervous system that helps to live calm in the storm of uncertainty. By mastering yogic breathing we control our minds, we become less emotional and irrational. Our choices become more lucid, our thoughts more balanced. Breathing and meditation brings us back to the present and facilitates awareness. They promote a better knowledge of oneself by connecting oneself to one's deep being.
